I've lived and invested through every Dubai property cycle of the last 26 years, from the 2008 crash to today's boom. That experience is what my clients pay for: knowing what to buy, when to buy, and when to walk away.
Before real estate, I spent most of my career in senior management roles with large multinationals, so I approach every deal the way a business would: with proper due diligence, clear numbers and no pressure.
